*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in a Long-Term Care or healthcare setting would be beneficial but not essential
** HOUSEKEEPING**:
Essential Duties:
* Maintain all public and common areas throughout the day including lobby, restrooms, drinking fountains and floors.
* Maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms and bathrooms.
* Maintain handrails to ensure they are clean and free of debris.
* Clean and remove dust, dirt or food off walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures. towel bars, towel dispensers.
* Empty trash cans and replace liners.
* Sweep and mop floors.
* Utilize proper safety measures when cleaning, including the use of caution signage and keeping supplies and chemicals out of reach of the residents.
* Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment and storage areas in a safe, sanitary, clean and orderly manner.
* Excellent customer skills and positive attitude.
* Ability to work independently or with a team
* Ability to pass a drug screen & federal background check
