FX2 Virtual Life Sciences has several positions available for Virtual Sales Representatives (VSRs). The primary responsibility for this position is proactive outreach to educate, enroll, and support customers in ordering product(s) made available through state-funded or state-administered programs. Medical Doctors are not the primary point of contact for this sales position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Partners closely with the client’s State & Strategic Account Directors to align with states’ growth initiatives for execution on field outreach
  • Drives increased volume and access by focusing distinctly on key customers
  • Achieves/exceeds sales targets and excel in execution
  • Ability to influence telephonically and virtually
  • Conducts virtual visits/meetings/and communications with stakeholders and healthcare customers using Microsoft Teams or Zoom
  • Works cross-functionally with all stakeholders to ensure customer needs are being met and all requests are acted upon in a timely fashion
  • Executes marketing tactics as allocated by marketing
  • Builds and maintains highly professional relationships with key customers
  • Delivers on key performance indicators
  • Delivers and executes on the brand strategy and tactical execution
MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, ideally in Business or Health Science related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, or public health, with a strong focus on government accounts
  • Proven track record of formulating and executing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Deliver on sales revenue goals and key performance indicators to include, but not limited to, call activity on targeted customers, time in territory, and growing the market
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and business analytics skills to assess regional opportunities and develop data-driven strategies
  • Experience engaging with law enforcement agencies, jails and/or prisons, public health departments, or substance health organizations
  • Experience in public health, behavioral health, substance use, or adjacent healthcare sectors
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills

The VSR is expected to work 35 hours per week. You will be compensated on an hourly rate in addition to a quarterly bonus plan.
