Role Description

The Operations Director – Heart & Vascular Integrated Center of Clinical Excellence (ICCE) reports to the System Administrative Officer. The Operations Director is responsible for partnering with ICCE Leadership to align and execute the strategy of the H&V ICCE. The Operations Director oversees and provides leadership for all strategic program development activities for their areas of responsibility. This role interacts proactively with other directors, leaders, physicians, nurses and other members of the health care delivery team to achieve desired outcomes.

The Operations Director not only represents areas under their direct responsibility but also provides leadership around organization-wide initiatives to improve patient care, clinical effectiveness, and patient access and to optimize patient experience and quality.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to drive efficiency and decision-making.
  • Strong Team Management and leadership abilities to guide multidisciplinary teams successfully.
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial planning to manage resources effectively.
  • Commitment to excellent Customer Service, ensuring patient-focused and quality-driven care delivery.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in healthcare operations and a background in Heart & Vascular services is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
