Job Description:
Reviews and prioritize records electronically via Proficient and/or courier to facilitate an efficient and effective workflow. Enters and/or updates Health Maintenance information to ensure compliance data is available and to enable reporting on key measures. Proofs completed scans/imports on a daily basis to ensure the integrity and quality of documentation entered. Preps and scans documents from external sources into correct chart location for providers and other clinical users.
Education:
High School Degree or Equivalent
