Integrity In-Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our Charleston team. The PCA will assist an elderly client with daily living tasks in their home, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and independence.

This position starts immediately and offers a consistent schedule with the potential for additional hours based on performance and client needs.

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Performing light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying the living area)
• Preparing and serving meals
• Assisting with mobility, ambulation, or transfers as needed
• Reporting any changes in the client’s condition to the office or nurse
• Maintaining accurate clock-in/out and care notes through the EVV system

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Must have a valid photo
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Experience working with elderly or disabled clients preferred (PCA, CNA, or caregiver experience)
