Medical Assistant (EMT, CCMA, RMA, CMA)

Join Charleston ENT & Allergy as a full‑time Allergy Medical Assistant. This critical role supports the allergy department by performing allergy testing, mixing vials, providing patient care, and traveling to multiple offices.

• Clinic opening and closing
• Performing allergy shots and taking vitals
• Allergy treatments and vial mixing
• Calling in prescriptions
• Triaging patients and assisting physicians with procedures
• Administering tympanometry exams for ear pressure
• Managing hospital consultation requests for physicians
• Floating between front and back‑office responsibilities as needed
• Scanning patient records and other information as necessary
• Contacting insurance companies to pre‑certify tests and procedures for physicians
• Providing excellent customer service to patients
• Other duties as assigned

Hourly pay $20.00–$23.00, increasing with experience. Full benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), PTO, short‑term and long‑term disability, and life insurance.
