Education and ExperienceEducation:
High School Degree or Equivalent.
Work Experience:
0-6 months.
Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician by the State of South Carolina Board of Pharmacy (SCBOP) is required and must be maintained. Must obtain and maintain Pharmacy Technician Certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT).
- Team members as of 11/1/2023: within 1 year of 11/1/2023.
- New Team members as of 11/1/2023: within 6 months of hire.
- New team members who are enrolled or will enroll in a pharmacy technician training program accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and/or recognized by PTCB, have 30 days post program completion to obtain certification.

Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician by the State of South Carolina Board of Pharmacy (SCBOP), and national certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) is required and must be maintained.
