Your Role — Day Shift CaregiverJoin us in our mission to truly care for people.
As a Common wise Day Shift Caregiver, you’ll help clients live comfortably and safely at home.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and families
- Promoting safety, independence, and quality of life
- Assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding)
- Helping with IADLs (light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, hobbies, and companionship)
- Frequent bending and movement
- Driving may be required
- Must be able to lift/push/pull 20–50 lbs
- Good communication, vision, and hearing skills
