Overview of the Position The U.S. Probation Office for the District of South Carolina has an immediate opening for a current U.S. Probation Officer interested in transferring. One or more positions may be filled through this announcement, and the duty station is open to the divisional offices in Charleston, Columbia, Florence, and Greenville. The Probation Officer conducts investigations, provides sentencing recommendations to the Court, and supervises person(s) under supervision.
