Responsibilities include scheduling inspections, evaluating units for HUD compliance, and completing required documentation. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, experience in multifamily housing inspection, and either ICC certification or comparable licensing. Compensation ranges from $30 to $60 per hour based on experience.
