Description
Make an impact across a growing, multi-entity organization. We’re looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Senior Accountant to join our Finance team within a shared services environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end close, and strengthening internal controls across multiple entities. You’ll work closely with the Assistant Controller, Controller, and cross-functional partners to deliver timely, reliable financial insights that support business decisions.

- Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations
- Support month-end close activities across multiple entities
- Assist with consolidations and multi-entity reporting
- Prepare routine financial schedules and management reports
- Process vendor invoices with accurate GL coding
- Assist with vendor onboarding (W-9s, ACH setup)
- Review and process credit card expenses for policy compliance
- Process deposits and apply cash to customer accounts
- Assist with AR reconciliations and monitor outstanding receivables
- Maintain documentation related to credits, adjustments, and billing activity
- Maintain audit documentation for internal and external reviews
- Follow established internal controls and accounting procedures
- Enter and maintain data in Net Suite and related accounting systems
- Support workflow and process improvements across Finance, HR, Tech, and Operations
- Assist with payroll-related entries (reimbursements, commissions)
- Coordinate with HR on employee updates impacting financial processing
- Respond to ad hoc requests from the Assistant Controller, Controller, or CFO
- Participate in department-wide initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA candidate strongly preferred
- 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity or shared services environment
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with accounting software (Net Suite preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Occasional stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
