Korn Ferry has partnered with our industry-leading and fast-growing client for a Plant Senior Financial Analyst search. Our client has seen tremendous growth the last 5 years and is set to double again!

In this newly created opportunity, our client is seeking a Plant Senior Financial Analyst to be the financial leader for the plant and work closely with Operations and Corporate to deliver actionable financial insights, strengthen cost controls, and support strategic decision-making.

As the Plant Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for ownership of financials, analysis, budget, forecasting, cost analysis and ensuring the integrity of reporting. This is a high-visibility role where you will work directly with upper management and departments to understand their performance.

Target Compensation up to $125K (depending on experience) with solid benefits starting day 1.

Our client is seeking a Plant Senior Financial Analyst excited to join a growing organization that will set them up for a long runway in their career.

Scope of Responsibilities
  • Lead financial analysis for manufacturing operations, including variance analysis against budget and forecast
  • Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts in collaboration with plant and functional leaders
  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs (labor, materials, overhead) and identify cost optimization opportunities
  • Prepare and present financial reports, KPIs, and performance summaries for senior leadership
  • Maintain accurate financial data and reporting
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on operational and product-related initiatives
  • Support compliance, internal controls, and continuous improvement of financial processes
  • Identify and implement process improvement
  • Special Projects
Skills Needed
  • Targeting 3+ years of experience – analysis, budget, forecasting, foundation in accounting
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Prior Manufacturing (Standard Cost) experience required
  • Analytical – can “tell a story” and not be stuck in the data
