AMB’s Investment Banking group is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial boutique focused on delivering superior outcomes for our clients. We advise founders, management teams, and other stakeholders on liquidity events, strategic acquisitions, and capital raises, among other transaction-oriented services. Our work is concentrated in healthcare services and healthcare IT - sectors encompassing a market exceeding $1 trillion and undergoing significant structural transformation.

With an expanding pipeline of opportunities, AMB is seeking qualified Associate candidates to join our team in 2026 to support continued growth. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, has experience in a boutique environment (advisory or principal side), and can develop and deliver actionable insights across multiple mandates.

• Bachelor’s degree with an outstanding academic record and highly relevant work experience required
• Three or more years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, or other highly relevant field
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams in a demanding, dynamic environment
• Exceptional financial analysis and accounting knowledge, with meaningful private-company exposure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; client-facing experience or clear interest in client interaction
• Intellectual curiosity and a research-first approach to learning; healthcare experience preferred
• Ambition, commitment to excellence, and demonstrated leadership capabilities
