Overview
Large National law firm has a need for an Associate Attorney in their finance group in Charleston, SC. This is a direct hire role with full benefits and relocation assistance.
ResponsibilitiesProvide transactional support in credit facilities and finance transactions.
Qualifications- One to seven years of transactional experience (preferred)
- Working knowledge of credit facilities and finance transactions
- Excellent academic performance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Law Degree
- Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred
