ResponsibilitiesAs a financial advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Growing your client base through networking, referrals, and delivering excellent client service
- Creating personalized, holistic financial plans tailored to each client's needs
- Managing client financial plans to help them meet their goals
- Supporting clients through various life stages to strengthen relationships

This includes industry expert insights, client acquisition techniques, and mentorship from experienced advisors.
To qualify as a financial advisor, you must obtain licenses including Life/Accident & Health, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), and Series 6, 7, and 63. We offer pre-payment/reimbursement for courses and materials.
Compensation & Benefits- Performance-based earnings with average first-year annual income ranging from $61K to $119K, and top performers earning $137K to $250K
