We’re seeking a natural conversationalist to host a sports-based podcast centered on real stories, real people, and real conversations
. While sports are the foundation, the show goes beyond the game — touching on life, identity, growth, faith, business, relationships, and the moments that shape athletes and creatives.

The ideal host isn’t trying to sound like ESPN. They’re comfortable being themselves
, asking honest questions, listening deeply, and creating a space where guests feel safe to open up.

• Lead podcast conversations in a relaxed, authentic, and engaging way
• Guide discussions that go beyond stats and headlines into real life experiences
• Be yourself — personality, perspective, and curiosity matter more than scripts
• Build chemistry with guests and co-hosts through trust and respect
• Prepare lightly (know the guest, know the moment) without over-structuring
• Represent the podcast’s voice and values on and off the mic
• Collaborate with the creative team on episode ideas, guest topics, and direction
• Help promote episodes through organic social content (clips, stories, reposts)

• Comfortable speaking openly and thoughtfully on a microphone
• Strong listener who knows when to talk and when to let moments breathe
• Ability to ask meaningful, follow-up questions
• Interest in sports and the lives around it (not just the game)
• Authentic, grounded, and emotionally aware
