Director of Transportation

You will be delivering complex transportation design projects, leading roadway and corridor improvements, and guiding multidisciplinary teams as you support state and municipal clients across South Carolina.

• Lead and develop design solutions for transportation corridors and roadway systems, expanding and developing the practice
• Creating plans for interchanges, widening projects, and intersection upgrades
• Contributing to safety‑focused design enhancements across various project types
• Working with state and municipal clients on transportation‑related initiatives
• Overseeing project components or tasks to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage a team of junior engineers and project managers
• Total Compensation: $255,000 - $315,000 including a top-tier incentive‑based bonus program (50-100%).

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed PE.
• 15+ years of experience in transportation engineering.
