Project Delivery
Prepare and review complex engineering designs, calculations, and technical documents for large or multi-project programs.
Research and recommend equipment, materials, and technical solutions.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards across disciplines.
Lead design and production teams, ensuring coordination and accountability throughout execution.
Client Engagement
Understand and address client priorities and project drivers.
Communicate project progress and resolve concerns in collaboration with clients.
Support business development efforts and pursuit strategies.
Manage project scope changes with client input under the guidance of the Project Manager.
Technical Leadership
Direct multi-discipline teams to meet technical and project deliverables.
Provide specialized input on complex water and wastewater treatment projects.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve project objectives.
Team Management
Review and guide the work of junior engineers.
Mentor and support professional growth and performance of assigned staff.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Proven record in managing multidisciplinary water and wastewater treatment plant upgrades or expansions.
Bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
- Overall 10-12 Years of Experience and m inimum of 5 years of project Management relevant professional experience.
- Ability to meet pre-employment requirements, including background check, drug screening, and driving record verification.
Hybrid or flexible work options may be available after an initial onboarding period.
Extended periods of computer and desk work required.
Proficiency in video and audio conferencing tools for collaboration.
Occasional travel to client or project sites.
