This role offers the chance to lead project‑oriented work, tackling both greenfield and brownfield designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect core network infrastructure, focusing on Layers 1, 2, and 3.
• Develop greenfield and brownfield network designs to support our expansion in Charleston.
• Implement and manage solutions using Cisco, Palo Alto, DWDM, and CWDM technologies.
• Ensure robust network security with firewalls, DDoS mitigation, Cisco Umbrella, and Quario.
• Collaborate on project‑oriented initiatives to deliver scalable, high‑performance network solutions.
• Provide expertise in ISP network support to ensure reliability and performance.

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting ISP networks with a focus on core network architecture.
• Proven expertise in Cisco and Palo Alto technologies.
• Strong knowledge of DWDM and CWDM systems.
• Deep understanding of network Layers 1, 2, and 3.
• Hands‑on experience with network security, including firewalls, DDoS mitigation, Cisco Umbrella, and Quareo.
• Demonstrated ability to design and architect complex network solutions.
• A well‑rounded technical background with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
