- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education
- Advanced Solid Works and AutoCAD expertise for production and work‑cell design
- Strong leadership experience guiding cross‑functional engineering teams
- Deep understanding of FDA‑regulated manufacturing environments
- Ability to balance quality, cost, and production risk in decision‑making
