Instrument & Electrical Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Instrument & Electrical Engineer to join their team. As an Instrument & Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

• Provide I&E engineering support to maintain and improve instrument, electrical, and control infrastructure at the plant.
• Lead multi-discipline project teams with direct responsibility for the development, execution, and implementation of projects.
• Support reliability improvement efforts and complete repairs to electrical equipment and power distribution systems.
• Deliver timely technical service in the instrument and electrical areas through daily monitoring of unit operations.
• Manage engineering contractors and ensure procedural compliance with company, industry, and regulatory standards.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in I&E supporting manufacturing.
• Proven track record in performance improvements and troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
• Experience in project engineering and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
