Responsibilities- Assist with Set up of quality documents (FMEA, CP, Work instructions) according to Bosch policy, regulations and procedures
- Implementing quality tools in workshop (SPC, POKA YOKE, PDCA, QAM)
- Assist in problem solving processes
- Evaluate operation flow, cycle time, machines, tools and necessary materials to meet the production plan
- Assist with projects regarding cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfaction
- Implement action to prevent occurrence of nonconformities relating to product and process through appropriate quality tools
- Following all plant HSE regulations and procedures
- Working towards Bachelor degree in a technical field (Engineering degree highly preferred)
- Experience in planning or manufacturing for high volume products
- Computer skill in Excel, Word and Power Point
- Project leadership skills, ability to prioritize workload and meet established targets.
- Willingness/ability to learn new technology and processes.
- High level of teamwork, self‑initiative, detailed, self‑motivated and ability to multi‑task in a dynamic environment.
- Use of analytical skills to problem solve.
- Experience with equipment maintenance and management (PM, TPM knowledge).
- Good interaction skills, effective communicator (oral, written), and willing to share information
- Understanding of statistical capability (CpK, CgK)
