** Regional Engineering Manager (REM) – JLL
**** What this job involves:
** Lead strategic operations excellence as a Regional Engineering Manager, where you'll design and implement comprehensive engineering programs that drive innovation and operational performance across multiple facilities. This senior leadership role combines strategic planning with hands-on technical expertise, positioning you at the forefront of JLL's engineering operations while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. You'll shape the future of facilities management through your leadership of integrated engineering teams, development of best practices, and implementation of cutting-edge maintenance management systems that deliver measurable results for our clients.
** What your day-to-day will look like:*
* • Support building operations through highly integrated facilities management and engineering teams to ensure maximum infrastructure availability
• Develop and maintain strategic plans for engineering teams aligned with JLL and client objectives, focusing on innovation and best practices
• Create standard work procedures for all engineering activities and ensure consistent maintenance management practices across portfolio
• Ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators while identifying and eliminating risks to client facilities and operational downtime
• Implement and manage computerized maintenance management systems in accordance with JLL and client expectations
• Lead the JLL Client Assurance Program (JCAP) implementation and ongoing management across assigned regions
• Develop comprehensive training programs based on skills assessments and safety requirements for engineering personnel
• Administer technical skills assessments and oversee technical training programs for facility engineering staff
• Assist Strategic Sourcing with bidding, negotiations, and administration of regional or national technical contracts

* Required Qualifications:

*
* • Undergraduate degree in business administration, engineering, engineering technology, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of direct supervision experience in multi-building operations
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in commercial/critical facilities
• Proven track record in strategic planning and program implementation
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical contracts and vendor relationships

* Preferred Qualifications:

*
* • Advanced degree in engineering or related technical field
• Professional engineering license or relevant technical certifications
• Experience with JLL Client Assurance Program (JCAP) or similar quality management systems
• Background in critical facilities management (data centers, healthcare, laboratories)
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in facilities management
• Experience with strategic sourcing and contract negotiation processes
