Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead special projects and support new equipment launches.
• Monitor and interpret safety, quality, maintenance, and operational reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess equipment performance and recommend strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve safety.
• Develop and maintain Process Flow Diagrams and PFMEA documentation for manufacturing processes.
• Create and update process documentation, including work instructions and training materials.
• Establish and enforce standardized work procedures for all operations within scope.
• Utilize structured problem-solving methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing objectives.
• Define and maintain process parameters and recipes for new and existing products.
• Analyze process variation and implement capability improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred;
  Associate degree in an engineering discipline with relevant experience considered.
• CNC Programming experience - required
• 3-5 years of experience in automated or semi-automated manufacturing environments.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems.
