Classification:
Full-time, Exempt

• Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans.
• Ability to meet the needs of all students, including those with diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Manage a classroom environment that is safe, positive, and conducive to learning and developmentally appropriate academic program, in accordance with Diocesan and school policies and procedures.
• Assess student learning and progress regularly.
• Collaborate with families, other teachers, and school administrators.

• Practicing Catholic strongly preferred; must support and uphold Catholic teaching and mission.
• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary or Early Childhood Education strongly preferred.
• Experience or training in foundational literacy instruction preferred.
• Positive, organized, collaborative, and growth-oriented professional disposition.

• The teacher will be consistent at all times, in example and expression, with the tenets and morals of the Catholic Faith.
• Teaching experience and certification are required.
