Summer Camp Counselor

St. Andrew's Parks and Playground is searching for several Camp Counselors for our summer camp program. The ideal teammate is passionate about working with children and is excited to be part of a team that has enriched lives through parks, recreation, and wellness for over 80 years!

This is a great position for fun individuals who love caring for and developing children 5‑12 years of age. It also provides a great way to earn experience for Early Education or similar college majors, while making money!

This seasonal position runs during the summer break and is located at the gymnasium at 1095 Playground Road. Summer Camps will run from June 1, 2026 to August 7, 2026
. Paid pre‑camp training sessions will be on select dates between May 11 and May 29. These sessions start at 6:00 PM and conclude between 8:00‑9:00 PM. Attendance is mandatory, with possible exceptions approved by the Program Director.

$17.00 – $18.50 per hour, depending on experience

Full family membership to the fitness center during the season;

• Passion for working with children aged 5–12.
• Ability to work flexible half‑day or full‑day shifts during the summer.

• Experience in early education or related field is an advantage.
