Trident Technical College’s award-winning Marketing department is seeking a Front-End Website Developer. This position is responsible for using the college’s CMS (Modern Campus) to deliver an outstanding and effective user experience. The goal is to present a positive and accurate view of Trident Tech’s benefits, educational opportunities, and learning environment, ultimately encouraging prospective students to begin the application process.

This position requires an associate degree in art and experience in graphics programs. Candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher will be considered.

• A strong proficiency with website development and deployment in a Content Management System
• The ability to write clean, maintainable, semantic HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript code to create custom, flexible page templates
• A solid understanding of effective UI design, meeting accessibility standards, and coding environment best practices
• Able to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner and work well in a collaborative team environment
• Able to clearly communicate in person and in writing, and both give and take constructive feedback in a professional manner
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize work assignments
• An organized problem solver willing to help team members accomplish their objectives
• Experience working within brand guidelines and translating design mockups into functional web templates
• Graphic design skills are a plus
