As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, guiding customers from onboarding through long-term success. Your mission is to ensure clients fully adopt our platform, achieve their goals, and remain delighted with our solutions.

• Lead engaging, results-driven onboarding experiences for new customers
• Conduct regular check‑ins and support sessions to drive retention and satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand accounts based on client needs
• Partner with our technical team to resolve advanced support requests
• Plan and host live training webinars to educate and empower users
