Customer Service Representative - Ocean Import
Not your typical, face to face, retail customer service job. In this role, you are a customer focused representative, working with the importation of ocean cargo.
OOCL provides customers with fully integrated logistics and containerized transportation services, with a network that encompasses Asia, Europe, the Americas, Africa and Australasia. Training is provided to enable success in this role.

- Assist customer inquiries for import cargo through email and phone
- Monitor all assigned cargo that is in transit or at terminal
- Cross functionally communicates to manage timely delivery of cargo and escalate where needed
- Working knowledge of MS Office products
- Preferred skills (not required):
- US Regulatory Transportation Requirement
- Knowledge of International Cargo Container Movement
- Experience with Terminal and Rail Operations
