The world of work is changing. Short commutes, flexibility, and convenience are the minimum standards employees want when they work from wherever and however they want. IWG leads the way by building the world’s largest workspace network across over 120 countries.
Join us and help us bring more freedom to people and businesses while expanding our network. You’ll enjoy a great work-life balance and competitive benefits while growing your career path along the way.
The opportunityAs a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries. You’ll create and maintain your own community within your center, taking care of all administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWGYou arrive a few minutes before the center opens to make sure everything is ready and check that the cleaners have completed their tasks. Throughout the morning you handle customer requests: change WiFi codes, track packages, provide directions, set up projectors, and ensure all services are properly charged and invoiced accurately. You take short coffee breaks to relax for a few minutes.
In the afternoon you assist with printing, invoicing, and open tickets for environmental concerns. You collaborate with the Community Manager to plan next week’s networking event, write e-invites, create and post posters, and share the benefits of the IWG community with prospects. At the end of the day you tidy the center and help group meetings wrap up with nearby restaurants, then head home.
