We are seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative for an on-site role located in Charleston, SC. The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer support, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, addressing customer needs, and fostering a welcoming environment. This role is crucial in supporting our commitment to outstanding service and community engagement.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and fostering a positive relationship with customers
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure
