** The Team You Will Join
** Every successful project starts with a solid foundation. As such, Lifestyle Communities’ (LC) Construction team operates at the forefront of our commitment to creating participation-driven communities. You’ll join a talented team responsible for both urban and suburban product types and quality offerings that include commercial, social, and residential spaces.
** Who You Are
** Under the direction of the Project Lead Superintendent, the assistant superintendent assists with managing schedules, trade partners, quality, and safety standards for multifamily residential construction projects.
** The Difference You Will Make
*** Schedules and oversees trade production of multifamily residential construction projects.
* Schedules and verifies the completion of all designated internal quality inspections.
* Monitors trade partner work for compliance with the defined project schedule.
* Schedules and participates in municipal inspections to achieve acceptance of completed work.
* Prepares project daily reports and records trade / vendor activities.
* Ensures units and production sites under construction are maintained in a clean, well-organized, safe, and secure manner.
* Enforces all job site rules, regulations, and safety precautions and monitors site accordingly.
* Completes other projects as required and assigned.

** Work Environment:
** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to an office  environment with regular exposure to project sites. At times, the employee is exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and outside weather conditions.  The noise level when subjected to the field environment is usually loud. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places.
** Location and Travel:
** Individual must physically be present and work on-site on a regular basis with occasional travel to local and out of state markets including but not limited to South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Florida, and Denver.
