Heritage Pools LLC is looking for a Concrete Project Manager to oversee the construction of concrete pools from start to finish.
Job OverviewThe Concrete Project Manager is responsible for overseeing pool construction, managing field operations, coordinating with homeowners and subcontractors, and ensuring each project meets our high-quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Reports To:
Construction Manager
- Manage multiple concrete pool construction projects from pre-construction to final walkthrough.
- Attend pre-construction meetings to review site conditions, scheduling, and potential challenges.
- Ensure job timelines are met, addressing delays and coordinating solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the construction process.
- Communicate daily with the Construction Coordinator and subcontractors.
- Update project schedules and track progress using company systems.
- Provide homeowners with progress updates and ensure expectations are managed effectively.
- Perform quality checks at each major stage of construction.
- Conduct walkthroughs with subcontractors to ensure proper installation and adherence to plans.
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety throughout the construction process.
- Handle any on-site changes or addendums, including materials and labor adjustments.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in construction project management or a related field preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
