• Field Leadership
  :
  Directing all daily activities on the job site and managing subcontractor crews.
• Scheduling
  :
  Developing and maintaining short-term "look-ahead" schedules to keep the project on track.
• Safety & Quality
  :
  Ensuring every worker follows safety rules and that the work meets high-quality standards.
• Site Coordination
  :
  Managing deliveries, site logistics, and inspections to avoid delays.
• Problem Solving
  :
  Solving field issues quickly to keep production moving.
• Documentation
  :
  Keeping daily logs, tracking man-hours, and reporting progress to the office.

• Experience
  : 3+ years of experience as a Lead or Assistant Superintendent on commercial job sites.
• Field Knowledge
  : A strong understanding of site work, structural systems, and interior finishes.
• Leadership
  :
  Ability to manage subcontractors firmly but fairly and keep a team motivated.
• Safety First
  : A valid OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred.
• Communication
  :
  Comfortable using a tablet/computer for daily reports and communicating clearly with the project team.
