Estimator, Construction, Building & Residential Construction

We are seeking a mid-level Construction Estimator with strong experience in exterior and reconstruction scopes. This role supports projects ranging from small repairs to large-scale builds and works closely with the operations and preconstruction teams.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects ranging from $30K to $70M
• Review drawings, specifications, and takeoffs for accuracy
• Focus on reconstruction and exterior scopes
• Collaborate with project teams during preconstruction and bidding
• Participate in phone and in-person interviews during the hiring process

• Strong background in:
• Wood framing
• Siding
• Waterproofing
• Masonry / brick
• Exterior building systems

• Autodesk Takeoff
• ProS estimating software (experience preferred, not required)
• Fully on-site / in-office role
• Occasional travel within South Carolina
• Local Charleston candidates preferred (NC candidates may be considered if aligned with office needs)
