• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Review and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and installation activities
• Ensure compliance with plumbing, heating ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC) regulations
• Conduct general repair and troubleshooting as needed

• Strong background in construction management
• Experience with preventive maintenance and installation
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Ability to estimate project costs and conduct inspections
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Data center construction experience preferred
• OSHA certification
• Engineering background
• Experience with quality control and distribution
• Military background
• Ability to perform background checks
