We are partnering with a leading commercial contractor to hire multiple Estimators to support complex, high-profile construction projects across the major local markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys the challenge of building comprehensive cost models and working alongside experienced preconstruction and executive teams.

As an Estimator
, you will be responsible for the accuracy, competitiveness, and completeness of project bids. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, project management, and subcontractors to ensure every estimate is technically sound and strategically aligned with the firm’s goals.

• Performing detailed quantity take-offs across all architectural and structural disciplines.
• Developing comprehensive project budgets and conceptual estimates from schematic designs.
• Soliciting and evaluating subcontractor bids to ensure full scope coverage and "apples-to-apples" comparisons.
• Identifying project risks, market trends, and value engineering opportunities to improve project margins.
• Managing the Invitation to Bid (ITB) process and maintaining strong subcontractor relationships.
• Participating in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client presentations.
• Maintaining a database of unit pricing and historical cost data to improve future bidding accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Preferred).
• Experience: 1–5+ years of experience in construction estimating.
• Industry Background: Minimum of 2 years working for a commercial general contractor.

  Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., On-Center, Bluebeam, Win Est, or Sage) and MS Office (Excel expert).
• Attributes: Strong analytical skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to meet tight bid deadlines.
