Superintendent - Multi Family

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale, ground-up multifamily developments
. This role is responsible for managing all field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven experience supervising high-rise or podium-style projects from start to finish.

• Oversee daily onsite operations for multifamily construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Enforce safety protocols, quality control, and jobsite cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and design teams to resolve field issues.
• Conduct daily reports, inspections, and site meetings to track progress.
• Review drawings, specifications, and plans to ensure accurate execution.
• Lead punch list completion and support closeout activities.

• 10+ years of experience in multifamily or large-scale commercial construction.
• Proven success overseeing ground-up projects valued at $50M+.
• Strong field management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes.
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
