Role: Superintendent
Compensation: $105,000–$165,000

Project
Summary:
Multiple ongoing healthcare construction projects requiring experienced field and project management staff.
- Lead multiple ongoing healthcare construction projects in Charleston and surrounding areas.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, quality, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure safety, client satisfaction, and project milestones.
- Experience in healthcare or commercial construction preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Open to relocation and travel as needed.
- Ability to start immediately or in early ramp-up phases.
