Construction Superintendent – Multifamily & Commercial Projects

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead high-rise multifamily developments for a leading general contractor. This role is responsible for overseeing all field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven experience managing podium-style or high-rise multifamily projects from groundbreaking to closeout.

• Oversee daily onsite operations for high-rise multifamily construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Enforce safety protocols, quality control, and jobsite cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and design teams to resolve field issues.
• Conduct daily reports, inspections, and site meetings to track progress.
• Review drawings, specifications, and plans to ensure accurate execution.
• Lead punch list completion and support project closeout activities.

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily or large-scale commercial construction.
• Proven success overseeing high-rise or podium-style projects - large scale.
• Strong field management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes.
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
