As a Project Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. • Oversee the day-to-day construction operations
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion
• Manage project budgets
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues
• Problem-solve and make decisions to keep projects on track
• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
• Manage and mentor on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on-site
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management

• Ideally 3+ years of Custom home project management experience
• Strong technical skills and understanding of construction processes
• Proven ability to problem-solve and make effective decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
• Passion for the construction industry and a commitment to quality
• Proficiency in Builder Trend and Excel
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Full-Time
• Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 base salary per year, based on experience.
• Per house Bonus, 401K with company match, healthcare reimbursement, truck allowance and gas card
