Construction Project Manager - Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex ground-up healthcare construction projects in Charleston, SC. Candidates with hospital or medical facility experience are strongly preferred. This role offers the opportunity to oversee projects from early planning through final closeout while delivering the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

• Manage all phases of ground-up healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and healthcare requirements.
• Lead subcontractor and vendor coordination, ensuring adherence to quality standards, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and logs.
• Promote a collaborative, professional, and safety-focused culture across all project teams.
• Provide consistent communication to clients, field teams, and internal leadership regarding progress and issue resolution.

• Proven experience managing ground-up healthcare, hospital, or medical facility construction projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on quality, safety, and deadlines.
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software such as Procore or similar platforms.
