• Calculate grades and set on a grading rod.
• Set up and use pipe laser to determine elevation.
• Backfill around the pipe using hand tools, like shovels and rakes.
• Set and mud boxes.
• Operating a loader is not required but is preferred.

• Responsible for helping prepare the land for new construction and repair or replace existing storm water structures
• Duties Include raking, shoveling, and grading the dirt, assisting in laying storm drains, building retention ponds, digging trenches, mudding boxes, and more.
• Must have experience setting grade on a grading rod and a pipe laser.
