Estimator; x2 – Concrete, Commercial & Industrial

My client is a growing, self-performing commercial and industrial concrete contractor that delivers turn-key concrete construction services throughout the southeastern United States. As the company expands, they are opening a brand-new office (Charleston) creating a rare opportunity for an Estimator to play a foundational role and help scale the operation from the ground up.

This role is ideal for an estimator who truly lives and breathes concrete, CMU, and structural systems. From slabs and foundations through full structural framing, you’ll take ownership of complex estimates across custom homes, residential communities, and light commercial projects. Beyond producing accurate and competitive bids, you’ll bring real field insight into the pre-construction process, bridging practical execution with estimating precision.

You’ll dive deep into drawings, flag constructability concerns, and catch real-world challenges before they hit the field. You’ll also take the lead in guiding junior estimators, refining workflows, and shaping how we bid smarter and build better. We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of concrete / shell estimating experience, particularly in CMU, ICF, cast-in-place concrete, and elevated concrete decks.

You should have strong field awareness and a sharp understanding of materials, methods, and sequencing. Proficiency in Plan Swift, Bluebeam and Excel is essential, and experience with Quickbase is a plus.
