Place Finish Superintendent - Light-Industrial Cast-in-Place Concrete

Lithko Contracting is seeking a Place Finish Superintendent to join our team. The Place Finish Lead is responsible for the supervision, direction, communication, and development of Place/Finish teams for the BURG. This role involves collaborating on and utilizing project planning, information, and resources to ensure successful place-finish outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple crews, travel between jobs, and complete place-finish concrete work across various projects.
• Develop and execute a project plan for the assigned phase of work.
• Understand project details and identify obstacles and opportunities within the phase of work.
• Prepare the team to execute tasks through a well-defined planning process.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and workstations are staged for optimal output.
• Utilize and manage time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are achieved for the assigned phase of work.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all relevant parties.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experienced concrete finisher/craftsman with extensive experience in concrete placing/finishing.
• Proficient in running all concrete machines and equipment, with the ability to train others effectively.
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.
• Extensive experience with concrete in a variety of place/finish project types, including site work, paving, finishes, and slabs.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Proven leadership experience in the field, with the ability to drive results.
• Willingness to self-perform work when necessary.
