We’re hiring a Contracting Superintendent to supervise daily on‑site operations for commercial construction projects. This role is field‑focused and ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and concrete construction experience.
Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $/yr
What You’ll Do- Direct and manage on‑site crews and subcontractors
- Monitor daily progress, schedules, and quality of work
- Enforce safety standards and building regulations
- Resolve on‑site issues and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
- Support the Project Manager with reporting and documentation
- Experience supervising commercial construction projects
- Concrete construction experience preferred
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage schedules, crews, and jobsite logistics
- Clear communication with field teams and management
