IMP/ACM Estimator – Charleston, SC

(Drywall Estimation Experience a Plus!)

Lead estimation efforts for commercial projects focusing on IMP and ACM systems, with opportunities to expand into drywall estimation.

• Prepare detailed material and labor estimates for IMP/ACM projects
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Collaborate with project management teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors
• Participate in project handoff meetings
• Master On‑Screen Takeoff and Quickbid software for accurate estimations
• Support value engineering initiatives

• 3+ years experience estimating IMP and ACM projects
• Proficiency in On‑Screen Takeoff and Quickbid software
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Valid driver's license
• Must be currently domiciled in the US and authorized to work without sponsorship

• Experience with drywall estimation
• Background in commercial construction
• Additional construction management software knowledge
• Experience with design‑build projects
