Field Assistant Superintendent - Charleston
Full‑time individual needed to help manage multiple new construction projects in the field from start to finish.

- Report to Senior Project Managers on job‑specific details.
- Understand full scope of work for each project.
- Manage all business aspects of multiple concurrent projects and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standards.
- Manage all activities associated with production, including labor, materials, equipment, and services.
- Manage workload accurately relative to the contracted scope of work.
- Manage subcontract labor and in‑house crews.
- Schedule and manage concrete deliveries.
- Purchase and track quantities of supplied materials for all projects.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients and ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Develop and maintain updated, accurate schedules and daily reports for each project.
- Develop and maintain a fair and professional relationship with subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure safe work environment and maintain quality standards.
- 1+ years construction experience from a subcontractor’s perspective; concrete construction management experience is a plus.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of successfully managing project cost, schedule, safety, and quality.
- Superior communication skills; ability to develop strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Must be able to speak English and Spanish.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Computer literate; experience with Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Project, and construction programs such as Plan Swift (not required but a plus).
Mid‑Senior level.
