We’re seeking a Commercial Masonry Superintendent with load‑bearing CMU experience to join a respected and family‑owned commercial masonry contractor in the Charleston area. If you’re someone who can run a jobsite without being micromanaged, values relationships, safety, and integrity—and thrives in a digital, team‑focused environment—this could be the right fit.

• Oversee all masonry aspects of commercial construction projects
• Ensure site safety, plan ahead for scaffolding, materials, and workflow
• Lead toolbox talks, daily safety inspections, and complete digital reporting via Procore
• Coordinate with General Contractors and subcontracted labor on jobsite execution
• Attend Contractor meetings and handle site‑level communication and paperwork
• Read and understand drawings, specs, and job planning needs weeks ahead

• 5+ years in commercial masonry
• Strong CMU load‑bearing experience (required)
• Experience with precast, veneer, and complex builds (schools, government, seismic‑rated)
• Procore experience (or willingness to learn)
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
• Clean background and stable work history
