• CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30 & Site Specific certifications may be required
• Successful pre-employment background check and drug screen will be required
• DMV 3 Year History will be required before driving a company owned vehicle
• TWIC card will likely be required for special projects

• Minimum Training and
  
  Experience:
  
  1 year of construction experience or a combination of education and experience preferred
• Experience in the use and methods of tools and equipment commonly used in the trade preferred

• Must be physically able to exert up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
• Work involves sitting, walking and standing for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift and/or carry weights of five to fifty pounds
• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment, safety glasses, hard hat with chin strap, reflective safety vest, gloves, ear protection, face shield, safety toe boots
